- We exclusively accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our sole payment method, available for all valid delivery addresses across the United States and eligible European countries.
- No upfront payment is required at checkout – payment is only due upon secure delivery of your order to your specified address.
- All COD transactions are processed securely through our authorized, vetted third-party logistics and delivery partners. Payment Currency
- All orders shipping to the United States are priced and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- All orders shipping to European countries are priced and processed in Euros (EUR).
- Final pricing, including all applicable fees and taxes, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order, with no hidden charges.
Order Confirmation
- Once you submit and confirm your order on our website, our client services team will review and validate your order within 1–2 business days.
- After successful order validation, you will receive an official order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout, including your order details, estimated delivery timeline, and COD payment instructions.
- If we are unable to validate your order (e.g., invalid/undeliverable shipping address, suspicious activity, out-of-stock items), the order may be automatically canceled, and we will notify you promptly via email.
Pricing & Taxes

However, in the rare event of a typographical error, system glitch, or incorrect pricing, BALMORIS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price – even if the order has been confirmed and dispatched. In such cases, you will not be required to pay for the order upon delivery, and no additional charges will apply.
- For U.S. orders: Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations.
- For EU orders: All listed prices include applicable EU Value Added Tax (VAT). No additional customs duties or import taxes apply for deliveries within the European Union.
- For non-EU European countries: Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the client. BALMORIS is not liable for these additional charges.
Fraud Prevention & Order Security
To protect our clients, our brand, and the integrity of our luxury service, BALMORIS reserves the right to:
- Verify order, shipping, and personal information before accepting and dispatching an order
- Cancel, hold, or pause orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or malicious activity
- Request additional identity or address verification when necessary
Orders flagged for security review may experience processing delays, and we will notify you of any holds via email with full transparency.
Payment at Delivery
You must pay the full order amount in cash directly to the authorized delivery carrier upon receiving and inspecting your package. Unauthorized refusal of delivery or non-payment for a valid, correctly fulfilled, and undamaged order may result in permanent restrictions on your account, refusal of future orders, and collection of associated restocking and return shipping fees.
